Achi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin, where he graduated as the best student in the Faculty of Social Sciences. He also holds an MBA from the University of Lagos.

Achi is a Banker with over 27 years’ experience in Relationship & Remedial Management; Credit & Investment Analysis; Risk Management, Structured & Infrastructural Finance; and Corporate Restructuring. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Fellow of the Institute of Loan and Risk Management and an International Certified Credit Fellow, UK. He is an associate of various professional organizations, among which are the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CITN), Chartered Institute of Capital Market Registrars (CICMR) and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS), amongst others.

He earned various career awards in FCMB/CSL Group, including the most outstanding senior staff award (for four consecutive years) and the Chairman’s award for outstanding and meritorious service. As a strategic turnaround expert, he managed so many bank departments to success & branches from loss to profit.

He has attended various high-level Management courses in banking, business simulation, Strategy, Negotiation and leadership, both local and foreign. Some of the reputable organizations he has facilitated training sessions in Nigeria include NIMASA, UBA, BOI, Zenith Bank, PZ, Addax Petroleum, NDDC, CBN, NIS, NCS, Federal Ministry of Transport and Nigerian Police Force, with excellent ratings for his training programs.
